Frequently asked questions before booking
What is the process from booking to payment?

Regarding payment, if you remit from overseas, it will take one week to ten days to confirm. As soon as we confirm your payment, we will arrange the vehicle and staff, so we ask that you make your reservation at least two weeks in advance. However, if you wish to make a reservation less than two weeks in advance, the reservation may be full. If we are able to accommodate you, you will be required to pay by card or cash on the spot at the end of the day.
Can I request an interpreter or nurse?

Yes, dispatch is possible.
Some drivers can speak English.
Separate interpreter can also be arranged.
Nurses are also available, so please contact us to arrange your situation.
By when do we need to make a reservation?

Thanks to you, we receive many inquiries from all over the world, but we may not be able to respond to last-minute inquiries. In Japan, welfare vehicles are special vehicles and different from ordinary taxis, so it is not always possible to arrange a last-minute delivery if another reservation has already been made. Since we strive to transport safely under proper management, detailed online consultations are necessary. Please consult with us in plenty of time.
Can a power wheelchair go in a vehicle?

Yes, we can accommodate your request.
200kg (120cm x 79cm) for caravans, 250kg (112cm x 62cm) for Hiace. If the weight exceeds that, we may need to either hire more staff to reduce the load on the lift, or decline the request. In the case of additional staff, an additional fee will be charged. Therefore, detailed discussions are required in advance.
Can you bring my suitcase with me together?

For example, if there are four people, each person will bring at least one suitcase, so the total will be four. There may be cases where the luggage does not fit in the car, and a separate vehicle for luggage may be required. Please contact us in advance.
I'd like to go from Osaka to Hiroshima by Shinkanse. So could you pick us up at Hotel and drop us off at the Station in Osaka and then when we arrive in Hiroshima, pick us up at the station again?

From Osaka to Hiroshima is a very popular course. When traveling from Osaka to Hiroshima by Shinkansen, if you are picked up from the hotel at Osaka Station and picked up at Hiroshima Station, the distance from Osaka to Hiroshima is over 330 km, so two vehicles are required.
