Accessible vehicles in Japan are specialised and limited, so please reserve early — at least two weeks ahead, and earlier during peak seasons. Payment from overseas can take 7–10 days to confirm, and we secure the vehicle and staff once payment clears. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Some of our drivers speak English, and we can separately arrange an interpreter as well as a nurse, depending on your situation. Just let us know your needs when you enquire.

Yes, after an advance safety check. Our lifts have to carry the combined weight of the wheelchair and its user, so we ask for the chair's model and its actual (not estimated) weight and dimensions before we confirm. This isn't a formality — an overloaded lift can fail during the day and put the passenger at risk, so we only proceed once we're certain the vehicle and lift are a safe match. If a chair is too heavy or too large for the lift, we can arrange for you to transfer into one of our manual wheelchairs to travel in the vehicle, and store your own chair where possible. In some cases we may recommend a different vehicle or, for safety, be unable to accommodate.

Sometimes luggage won't all fit alongside passengers and wheelchairs — for example, four travellers with a suitcase each. In that case a separate luggage vehicle may be needed, so please tell us your group size and bags when you enquire.

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, we reserve the vehicle and staff. On the day, any on-site settlement is made locally by card or cash at the end of service.
